We started in the early 90s’with acquiring, rebuilding and reconstructing run down and cash trapped organizations, such as, solid ice company, a factory that make industrial ice blocks was turned into general supplies company for refrigeration equipment, fabrication and distribution of cooling chess and water treatment plant, bore-holes and reservoir tanks as well as mobile cooling trucks. With retainership arrangement with the marketing department of Nigerian Brewery, for the supply of ice and cooling related equipment for the distribution network in Iganmu factory at Lagos state.

Then in year 2001, when GSM cellular networks was newly launched in Nigeria, we applied and got the approval license for the installation and distribution of terminals and other communication equipments used in the Telecommunication and ICT industry. Hence, we registered as pioneer distributors for Econet and later Globacom for distribution of cell phones and recharge cards. We also represented the sky2net internet bandwidth and equipment supply company based in Tei Aviv, Israel and RETELL telephone conversation recorders of UK. Our clientele included amongst other MULTILINKS TELECOMS AND GSK smith-cline beecham pharmaceuticals Ilupeju Lagos and host of cyber-cafes to which we supply V-SAT equipments and bandwidth.

In 2005, we began the facilitation of sand dredging and reclamation services for companies and high net worth individuals, bringing together function dredger owners and shoreline land owner and bankers for consummation of reclamation and sand stock piling for resell to fast growing construction sites in Lekki peninsula to finance the projects, our clienteles includes Oniru Royal Family and Ibeju Lekki Local Government amongst others. Alongside, we run a one Stop Shop for the Importation, Distributions and maintenance of General Utility Automobiles “THE CARSHOP” we currently Import brand new and pre-used certified cars and light trucks from United State of America (U.S.A) and United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) along with spare parts and maintenance garage equipment.

Our clientele includes Zenith Bank Plc, MDAs, States and Local governments.

We are duly registered in Nigeria by the Corporate Affairs Commission.

In 2017 we ventured into property development, with the sole ownership and development of a six-floor plaza (Grace Arena Plaza) on Plot 14, Chief Yesufu Abiodun Oniru in the heart of Victoria Island, a mixed development of two floors of lock up shops, 2 floors of open office spaces and 2 pent-houses.

We are currently developing another six floor residential apartments comprising of 20 flats of two bedrooms and 5 suspended floors and a whole ground floor for parking, swimming pool, lounge, gym and games room, which is at the 5th floor slap casting stage at present.

Our management team headed by Segun Abdulateef Shitta, a graduate of Accounting and Finance, from Yaba Tech and certificate in Entrepreneurial management from Lagos Business School and Diploma in Community Relations from Pan Atlantic University, Lagos.

Finance and Administration is headed by Mr. John Promise, a graduate of Accounting and Business Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State.

Technical Department headed by Engineer Simon Agada, a fellow of Nigerian Society of Engineers and COREN certified Engineer of over 25 years. Also Engineer Kolowole Aruna, a structural Engineer, of over 15 years’ experience.
